1975 Lancia Beta Coupe GRP 4 (LHD)
BOOK LANCIA BETA COUPE GRP 4
The Lancia Beta Coupé was introduced in the early 1970s as part of Lancia’s new generation of sporting road cars, combining elegant Italian styling with advanced engineering and strong motorsport pedigree.
Developed during a period when Lancia was achieving great success in international rallying, the Beta Coupé shared many mechanical components with the wider Beta range but was designed as a more focused sporting model. The car was homologated for both Group 3 and Group 4 rally competition in October 1974, allowing it to compete in international rally events and demonstrating Lancia’s continued commitment to performance and innovation.
Powered by a lively twin-cam four-cylinder engine and featuring a well-balanced chassis, the Beta Coupé proved capable and engaging both on the road and in competition. While often overshadowed by the legendary Stratos of the same era, the Beta nonetheless represented an important chapter in Lancia’s rallying history and showcased the marque’s characteristic blend of engineering sophistication and driving enjoyment.
Presented in striking Alitalia-inspired rally livery, this example has taken part in a variety of historic rally events across Europe, proudly displaying stickers from rallies such as the Winter Marathon, Campagnolo Rally Storico, Lessinia Sport and the Revival Rally Club Valpantena. As with all HERO-ERA cars, the vehicle is fully equipped with the necessary rally instrumentation and accessories, making this Italian classic a popular choice within the HERO-ERA Arrive & Drive fleet.
